Eligibility and Enrollment

  1. Eligibility: To participate in the TimeZone365.com Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and operate a website, blog, social media account, or other online platform that is relevant to luxury watches.

  2. Application: To join the affiliate program, you must complete the online application form. TimeZone365.com reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Affiliate Obligations

  1. Marketing: Affiliates are required to promote TimeZone365.com and its products using only the approved marketing materials provided. Affiliates may not use any misleading or deceptive advertising methods.

  2. Prohibited Actions: Affiliates may not engage in spamming, use false advertising, or infringe on any intellectual property rights. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on keywords or using any pay-per-click advertising that includes the TimeZone365.com trademark or variations thereof.

  3. Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

Commissions and Payments

  1. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission based on the sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The current commission rate is outlined in the affiliate dashboard and may be subject to change.

  2. Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold of $100. Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer.

  3. Returns and Chargebacks: Commissions will not be paid on refunded, canceled, or charged-back orders. If a commission has already been paid out on such orders, it will be deducted from future payments.

Term and Termination

  1. Term: This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will continue until terminated by either party.

  2. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all TimeZone365.com marketing materials and remove all affiliate links from your site.

Limitation of Liability

TimeZone365.com will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program. Our maximum liability arising from this agreement will not exceed the total commission paid to you under this agreement.

Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimeZone365.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees from any claim, demand, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms and conditions or your participation in the affiliate program.

Modification

TimeZone365.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the affiliate program after any such modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TimeZone365.com is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
