If a luxury watch retailer or brand has a “no return policy,” it means that purchases are final, and customers cannot return or exchange the item for a refund or store credit. This is common for high-end watches due to their exclusivity, high value, and potential risk of fraud or damage.

1. High Value & Risk of Fraud – Luxury watches are expensive and can be targeted by scams (e.g., swapping with counterfeits).
2. Custom or Limited Editions – Some watches are made-to-order or rare, making resale difficult if returned.
3. Hygiene & Condition Concerns – Watches are personal items, and brands want to ensure they remain unworn and pristine.
4. International Regulations – Some countries have strict customs laws, making returns complicated.
5. Brand Exclusivity – Luxury brands prioritize maintaining prestige over flexible return policies.

• Due to the shipping personal reasons for the damage, such as self-modifying size, improper custody not returned;
• Unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation lead to the quality of the goods are not returned;
• If the customer does not comply with the return policy of 24Fourwatch, like sending back the watch unauthorized, 24FourWatch does not take the responsibility of re-delivery and refund. 24FourWatch has the right to dispose of the goods.
• Photos and information just for reference only, due to shooting lights and chromatic aberration, there is a slight discrepancy between the image of the products and the actual products. Please prevail in kind.
• If you would like to return the goods, first contact our customer service team at contact@timezone365.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The returned product must be in a good package (including package fill and packing box). You can re-use the packaging material that 24FourWatch ships. Please put enough filler to avoid the clattering sound inside the package or small items scattered in the package.
• Once we receive the item you returned, our team will first inspect the condition of the item before processing your return. It will take at least fourteen (14) business days from the date of receiving your item. Afterwards, we will send an email to notify you that your return has been processed.
• Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges. For your convenience, we’d recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
• Due to improper handling of the return goods, resulting in damage and loss of goods, buyers need to take the responsibility and the risks. 24FourWatch will not make any compensation.
• Please keep the original box or bag, with accessories, labels, manuals, etc., invoice, delivery courier with the goods returned. Missing invoices, receipt courier or packaging damaged / lost, we will not process the returns / refund.
• Regarding the above returned goods and shipping policies, 24FourWatch reserves the right to make any changes without giving any written notice.
• Please return the product, the original box and package, accessories and gift etc. to our address address. Returns will not be accepted if the products have been used or damaged.

PLEASE NOTE

• Returns under the price of SGD6,300 will be charged with a 15% restocking fee.
• Returns above the price of SGD6,300 will be charged with a 10% restocking fee.
• If an order is canceled before it enters the shipping process, there will be an 8% cancellation fee.
• If an order is canceled after it has been shipped out, you will be charged our restocking fee.
• All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, they are all final sale.
• Products above SGD14,200 are considered special orders and they are not eligible for returns.
• Special order / Pre order deposits of full amount or 15% deposit of confirm price are non-refundable.
• If items are purchased by watch manufacturers, brand distributors, and any person acting on behalf of these entities are not eligible for return.
• International customers, please note that if you choose to return items because of customs or duty reasons, the restocking and shipping fee may be applied.
